Defending champ Hanson faces strong field in Masters

PRINCETON — Bowlers are getting warmed up for the 2013 Princeton Men’s Bowling Association Master’s Tournament which gets underway today, Saturday, at Crown Lanes Centre.

Randy Hanson is the defending champion, but he’s going to find plenty of hot competition.

“We always have a good field. We have a couple new guys coming, and some bowlers are really hot,” said Dave Camp of the PBA. “Joe Zokal has bowled five, 300 games, Randy Hanson has been hot; Jason Hanson is coming back; J.T. Dant has won (the Masters) twice in the last three years; and of course, Al Layton. It’s an open field.”
