ROCK FALLS — Tri-County Opportunities Council will host an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday to honor its retiring president/CEO, Sandra Julifs, and the retiring Foster Grandparent director, Sharon King.

Julifs has been employed by the agency for 40 years and King for 14 years. All are welcome to attend.
