Spring Valley Police

Warrant arrest

Simon Rodriguez, 38, of Spring Valley was arrested on a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear on a body attachment at the intersection of Routes 26 and 89 at 4:54 p.m. Jan. 2. He was also charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Driving while suspended

Timothy J. Rogers, 42, of Spring Valley was arrested for driving while suspended in the 400 block of East Fourth Street at 3:41 p.m. Jan. 5.


Janice K. Malone, 67, of Peru and Christine C. Ernat, 49, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident at the intersection of Dakota and Greenwood streets at 5:38 p.m. Jan 3. Malone was charged with failure to yield.

Laura L. Johnson, 50, of Tiskilwa and Ricardo A. Sandoval, 52, of DePue were involved in an accident at the intersection of Route 29 and Routes 6 and 89 at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 7.
