Princeton sophomore Starr Mecum locks horns with Wilmington’s Nick Narine in their match at 138 pounds during Friday’s opening round of the 50th annual Lyle King Princeton Invitational wrestling tournament. This year’s field featured 80 IHSA state qualifiers, 39 state medalists, 17 state finalist and 10 state champions. Dakota dethroned defending champ Wilmington 190-171.5.
