OGLESBY —The Illinois Valley Community College Choir will begin rehearsals from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Room D 223 on the main campus in Oglesby. There is no rehearsal on Jan. 21 and rehearsals resume Jan. 28.

The IVCC Choir is open to anyone in the district. Director Norman Engstrom said, “I like to work with different types of music from throughout music history, from Renaissance madrigals to arrangements of popular songs. The music is both fun and challenging. The final satisfaction comes from the public concert in early May.”
