OGLESBY — Local Christian women’s group, Women at our BEST, will present “Winter Warmth,” from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 21 in the multi-purpose room of Oglesby Union Church. This will be the first gathering of the “Serving in All Seasons” series.

The evening will include a special presentation, beautiful vocal and piano selections, featured speaker, a warm drink buffet and free babysitting. There is no charge to attend, and all area women are welcome. You do not need to have attended in the past.

Pianist and vocalist, Jill Iwanicki of Depue will bless the evening with her musical talents. Originally from Peoria, Jill has lived in the Illinois Valley for 27 years. She has been playing and singing in church most of her life and is currently the pianist for Faith Bible Fellowship in Troy Grove.
