Speed skating success
Seth Schultz of the Gateway Gators Special Olympics team participated in a special needs speed skating competition in Franklin Park on Jan. 5. Seth raced in the 111-, 222- and 333-meter races and placed first in each race. There were 99 athletes participating. The ice sports included figure skating, speed skating, ice hockey and sled hockey.
