Bradford names students of the month

Three Bradford Junior High School students were named Students of the Month for December. They received a $25 gift card from Speer Bank and a certificate of achievement. Pictured are Joni Kinsella of Speer Bank (from left), honorees seventh-grader Mark Painter, sixth-grader Maggie Rouse, eighth-grader Todd Reay and Lynne Knoblock of Speer Bank. The Students of the Month are selected by staff members for doing an exemplary job of demonstrating life skills at school. The life skills that are emphasized at Bradford Junior High School include: integrity, initiative, flexibility, perseverance, organization, sense of humor, effort, common sense, problem solving, responsibility, patience, friendship, curiosity, cooperation, caring, leadership, enthusiasm and being helpful.
