Article:	Spring Valley to register kindergarten students Jan. 30 SPRING VALLEY — Spring Valley elementary schools have set kindergarten pre-registration from 8 to 10 a.m. and 2 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 30 at the Lincoln School Gymnasium. Children who will be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 and who reside in the Spring Valley Elementary School District can be registered. No fees will be collected at this time. Parents should enter the doors off of Erie Street.
