Article:	Births announced Longbein: William and Monica (Pacetti) Longbein of Magnolia are the parents of a daughter, Charlotte Frances, born Jan. 15 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. She was welcomed home by two brothers, Richard, 20 and Billy, 16, and two sisters, Elizabeth, 19, and Madison, 9. Maternal grandparents are Dan and Wendy Pacetti of Peru. Paternal grandparent is Donna Longbein of Seatonville.
