Amy Peterson of Ladd and Eric Obenhaus of Princeton were united in marriage Oct. 6 in St. Louis Catholic Church in Princeton.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Linda Peterson of Ladd. The groom is the son of Gary and Margo Obenhaus of Princeton.

Amanda Bickett, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jolene Linker, Lana Eddy and Kendra Cruz, all friends of the bride, Carmen Obenhaus, sister-in-law of the groom, and Samantha Jegglie, cousin of the bride. Haleigh Linker, friend of the bride, was the flower girl.

Adam Obenhaus, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jerad Campbell, Blake Pratt, Nick Johnston and Josh Bickett, all friends of the groom, and Jake Jegglie, cousin of the bride. Brandon Bickett, brother-in-law of the bride, and Billy Lenihan, friend of the groom, were ushers. Mason Bickett, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.

A reception to honor the couple was held at The Galleria in Princeton.

After an eight-day wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Princeton.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Hall High School in Spring Valley and a 2001 graduate of the dental assistant program at Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby. She is employed by Dr. Krabill’s office in Princeton.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Princeton High School in Princeton and a 2005 graduate of Black Hawk East Community College. He is employed by Marquis Energy in Hennepin and the Obenhaus family farm.
