PRINCETON — Despite a sign on the front door saying the Coffee Cup in Princeton is closed, the longtime restaurant will open its doors in the future after undergoing a remodeling project.

According to the Coffee Cup’s current manager, who spoke with the BCR Tuesday morning but declined to give her name, said the restaurant located at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and North Main Street is being remodeled, not closing its doors.

“We want to give the restaurant a new, clean look,” she said. “It is important to our customers to have a safe and clean environment. We want to give it a little facelift.”
