Elks name Teens of the Month

Bureau County teens were honored Jan. 18 at an Elks Teen of the Month luncheon sponsored by Princeton Elks Lodge 1461. January nominees include (front row, from left) Amber Dannis, LaMoille High School; Michael Lotspeich, Bureau Valley High School; Samuel Brolley, St. Bede Academy; Taylor Smith, Princeton High School; and (back row) Penny Best, exalted ruler and chair of the Elks Teen of the Month; Rebekah Dagraedt, Hall High School; Emily Phillips, Bureau Valley High School; Alex Oliveres, Hall High School; Josh Weber, Ohio High School, Lauren Urbanowski, St. Bede High School; and Hunter Schultz, Princeton High School. Brolley and Lotspeich were named Teens of the Month. The Teen of the Month nominees were chosen by their schools based on their character, leadership, scholarship, service, citizenship and community service.
