Princeton DAR members meet in January

PRINCETON — The Princeton-Illinois chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution held its monthly meeting Jan. 4 at the Prouty Building. Jane Lampkin and Lois Peterson presented the program on the War of 1812, “The Town that Fooled the British.”

Regent Sharon Bittner led the opening ritual.

Prospective member guest Barbara Welch Robinson was welcomed.
