PRINCETON — Charles C. Luttrell, 47, of Tiskilwa was sentenced to four months in the Bureau County Jail after pleading guilty in Bureau County Court to the Class 4 felony of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Luttrell entered his guilty plea on Jan. 24 before Circuit Judge Marc Bernabei. The judge also placed Luttrell on two and one-half years conditional discharge and ordered him to pay $1,500 in fines, fees and court costs. This was Luttrell’s first driving under the influence conviction.

Luttrell was represented in court by Public Defender Michael Henneberry. Prosecuting the case was First Assistant State’s Attorney Anthony Sciuto.
