Princeton Knight of Columbus, Council 5591, recently kicked off Catholic Schools Week at St. Louis Catholic School in Princeton with its annual pancake and sausage breakfast on Jan. 27. Local Knights served breakfast for St. Louis parishioners in support of St. Louis School. The council raised $750 which will be donated to the school.
