Solon, 25, of Hartford, Conn., pleaded guilty on Feb. 6 to the Class 4 felony of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis and was placed on two years probation, with the condition he serve four days in the Bureau County Jail, pay fines, fees and court costs, attend counseling as recommended by the probation department, and submit to random drug testing.
