Accident
Yesica Santiago, 29, of Spring Valley and Christina L. Cunningham, 29, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident at the intersection of West Dakota and Spalding streets at 3:51 p.m. Feb. 12. Santiago was charged with following too closely and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
