SPRING VALLEY — A community informational open house, sponsored by Citizens for a New Hall High School, will be at 6 p.m. Feb. 27, March 13 and March 27 in the Hall High School Auditorium.

Architects will describe new building details and old building issues. A speaker's panel will answer questions. There will be tours of the facility.

For taxpayer assistance, participants should bring their most recent Bureau County tax bill. For voter registration, participants should bring a photo I.D. Absentee ballot information will be available.
