Peter D. Moreland, 35, of Ladd, was charged with domestic battery, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle or other property on South LaSalle Street near Pine Street in Ladd at 2:50 a.m. Feb. 17.
