MALDEN — Malden Grade School will hold kindergarten registration from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 5-7 in the school office.

Children must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, to be eligible. A copy of a certified birth certificate, obtained from the county courthouse in which the child was born, must be presented when the child is registered. Hospital birth certificates cannot be accepted.

A health and eye examination and dental form will be handed out during registration and must be completed by the first day of school. A copy of a lead screening risk assessment is also required.
