Sanders pleads guilty to drug charge

PRINCETON — A Wyanet man has pleaded guilty in Bureau County Court to the Class 4 felony of unlawful possession with intent to deliver between 10 and 30 grams of cannabis.

Noah J. Sanders, 23, entered his open plea of guilty on Feb. 7 before Associate Circuit Judge C.J. Hollerich. The judge ordered the probation department to conduct a pre-sentence investigation and set the matter for a sentencing hearing at 1:30 p.m. April 11.

Sanders was represented in court by public defender Michael Henneberry. Prosecuting the case was Bureau County State’s Attorney Patrick Herrmann.
