Making it from scratch

Parishioner  Dan Hunter handles one of numerous stations during the weekend’s annual sausage-making fundraiser at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church’s Bishop Franz Hall in Arlington. Parishioners and volunteers worked for several hours to prepare enough homemade sausage to meet the demand. The sausage is made each year using “Nuco’s” sausage recipe.
