Family: Wife Lara, children Niklas, 7, Nora, 5, and Ulrike, 2.

Pets: Two cats, Inca and N.C.

Occupation: Owner of the Apollo movie theater.

What is the last song you listened to: Toten Hosen’s “Helden und Diebe.”

What is the last book you read: “Llama Llama Mad at Mama.”

What is the last television show you watched: “Walking Dead.”

If you were stranded on a desert island and could have just one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be: Rotisserie chicken and fries.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could take only one thing with you, what would it be: My family.

What is your favorite local restaurant: Oriental Gardens.

If someone handed you a million dollars, how would you spend it: Build a third screen for the Apollo.

People would be surprised to know that you: Studied law at some stage. (I did an internship at Bob Russel’s firm and the BCR ran a story on us.)

What is your favorite thing about your community: It’s a great place to raise children.

If you could change one thing about your community, what would it be: I would have a restaurant that serves Indian, Greek, Croatian, German food.
