Also for Bureau Valley, Joe Fisher was fifth in the C 400 meters (59.25), ninth the in C 60-meters (8.18), and 10th in the B 200 meters (26.63). Charlie Lotspeich was eighth in the B 1600 (5:32.59), Kody Church was ninth in the C 1600 (5:46.26), Colton Peterson was ninth in the B 800 meters (2:25.53) and Dillon Rhodes was 10th in the B 60-meters (8.0).

Girls: Princeton had two division winners in the girls’ meet with freshman Hailey Schultz winning the B long jump (14-3 1/2) and sophomore Taylor Clark claiming the C shot put (30-3).

Phoenix Smallwood picked up a pair of second-place finishes in the A Division with a 15-11 in the long jump and PHS meet best of 34-11 in the triple jump.

Also in the A Division, Colbi Schertz used a personal best to take second in the A shot put, Zoe Mead took third in the 400 meters with a PHS meet best 2:30.89 and Sierra Storm cleared 8 feet to place fourth in the pole vault.

Nicole Holland made a sweep of awards for the PHS shot putters by placing second (31-6 1/2) in the B Division.

“It was good to see some season and personal bests from our award winners. We also had a decent number of season bests of our non-placing performances as well,” PHS coach Pat Hodge.

The Bureau Valley girls did not compete in the meet.
