Grand jury returns indictments

PRINCETON — A Bureau County grand jury returned the following indictments when it met March 11:

• Juan M. Garibay, 20, of Princeton was indicted for the Class 1 felony of residential burglary. He is accused of entering the home of a Princeton woman on Feb. 13. Investigator John Shofner with the Princeton Police Department testified before the grand jury. Garibay is in custody with bond set at $25,000.

• Jake W. Wuckert, 21, of Bureau was indicted for three Class 2 felonies of burglary. He is accused of entering three separate buildings in Bureau on Feb. 10, Feb. 11 and sometime between Feb. 13 and Feb. 17 with the intent to commit a theft at each location. Investigator Gary Becket with the Bureau County Sheriff’s Department testified before the grand jury. Wuckert is in custody with bond set at $15,000.
