Princeton Bible Church Easter cantata planned on Palm Sunday

PRINCETON — The 20-voice choir of the Princeton Bible Church will present an Easter cantata, “Who Do You Say I Am?”, by Claire Cloninger and Robert Sterling,at 10:15 a.m. and 7 p.m. Palm Sunday, March 24. The musical explores the question of who Jesus is through the testimonies of various people who walked with him and knew him personally: Peter, played by Tom Odell; John, played by Rob Jensen; Mary Magdalene, played by Katie McCoy; Mary, His mother, played by Christina Eggers; and His disciples, played by Tim Glass, Phil Turner and other men of the choir. Jan Skaggs will narrate the scenes. The performance, under the direction of Marty Kiser, will be more in the style of a reader’s theater rather than the usual full costumed production.
