Lions breakfast

LAMOILLE — An all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast hosted by the LaMoille Lions Club will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the club. Tickets are $6 for adults, $4 for kids from 5 to 10 and kids under 4 are free. Proceeds will go the LaMoille High School softball program.

Buddy bags meeting

MANLIUS — Churches, businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to a meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church to promote weekend meals called Buddy Bags and help stamp out hunger in Bureau Valley School students.

Weather spotters class

MCNABB — Putnam County EMS will host a weather spotter training class at 6:30 p.m. March 25 at the McNabb Fire Hall. The instructor for the evening is from the Quad Cities National Weather Service. All area weather spotters, emergency personnel and interested citizens are invited to attend and no reservations are required. Spaghetti dinner benefit

LACON — The Marshall-Putnam Fair will hold its 16th annual spaghetti dinner benefit from 4:30 to 8 p.m. April 8 at Club La-Con Restaurant on Route 26 in Lacon. Dinner will include spaghetti, bread, salad, dessert, coffee or tea. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased from any board member or at the door. Carry-outs will be available.
