Dance registration

PRINCETON — Just For Kix will hold spring registration for dance classes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 13. Registration is open to anyone between the ages of 3-18. No previous dance experience is necessary. Registration will be at the studio, located above Johnson’s Carpet. For more information, call Torri at 815-303-2633.

Donkey basketball

MALDEN — A Buckeye donkey basketball show will be at 7 p.m. April 13 at Malden Grade School. This fundraiser will also include a concession, raffles, a 50/50 drawing and $1 donkey rides at intermission for children 12 and under accompanied by a paying adults. Advance tickets are available at $6 a piece by calling 815-643-2436. Tickets at the door will be $8.

Borrowed items

PRINCETON — American Legion Post 125 of Princeton is asking those who have borrowed hospital equipment to return same as soon as possible if no longer needed, especially wheelchairs. Items may be left in the vestibule and should include a note with the name or a printed return address label on the item being returned.

Alumni game, reunion

DEPUE — The third annual DePue alumni basketball game and first high school cheerleader/Skipette reunion will be Saturday. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the first tip-off will be at 6:30 p.m. A $3 donation is asked. Proceeds will benefit the DePue Activity Club.

Friends of Strays fundraiser

LAMOILLE — Friends of Strays will hold its annual drawdown April 13 at the LaMoille Lions Club. Tickets are $40 per couple and include a chicken, pasta and beef dinner. There will be a silent auction and everyone attending will receive a prize. Two hundred tickets will be sold and first prize is $1,500. It is not necessary to be present to win the money. Tickets are available at the shelter in Princeton or by calling 815-872-7387.
