‘Be a believer’

Joel, you have it all wrong! After the stained glass windows are installed and back lighted, the formal landscaping installed and the statuary in place, tourists will be coming from all over to see the mausoleum (oops) water plant.

The influx of tourists to see the attraction will revitalize Main Street; new stores will be opening. With sales increasing, our cut of the sales tax will more than pay for the mausoleum (oops) water plant bond issue.

Joel, be a believer, not a critic.
