Dale Waugamon

PRINCETON — Dale Wayne Waugamon, 53, of Princeton passed away Monday, March 25, 2013, at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton.

He was born Nov. 10, 1959, in Joliet to Lee and Constance (Jefferson) Waugamon. He graduated from Hall High School in 1978 and attended Rock Valley College. He owned and operated Waugamon Trucking. He married Paula Welsh on April 20, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nev. She survives. Dale loved to fish and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who he loved more than life itself.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Waugamon of Princeton; his children, Abigail (Tyler Senders) Wauagamon and Jared Waugamon; two brothers, Lee (Viv) Waugamon Jr. and Jeff (Leslie) Waugamon; one sister, Peggy (Tim) Shipp; his grandchildren, Colton, Connor and McKenzie; and his stepchildren, Malissa (Skee Hartman) Inzarry and Ryan Rokey, and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Services will be at noon Saturday at the Norberg Memorial Home, Princeton, with the Rev. Bob Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
