The ‘very best’ education

On Dec. 22, 1913, the Hall Board of Education met with then superintendent Ernest Bost to consider his recommendation to borrow $100,000 to build a township high school to provide “the very best” education to the students of Hall Township. The Hall Board voted yes, and that $100,000 investment led to the birth of the Hall Township High and Vocational School, which has resulted in almost 100 years of academic and vocational excellence.
