Food manager course set for April 26-27
SPRING VALLEY — A food service sanitation manager certification course will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 26-27 at St. Margaret’s Hospital. A test will be given at 4 p.m. Saturday. This is a state-approved 15-hour course for Illinois food safety certification. All food service facilities are required to have certified managers.
Those who just need to renew a current certification may attend one day of either session for the first five hours.
