PRINCETON — American Legion Post 125 Commander David Ohlson presented Terry DeSalle, also of Post 125, Princeton, with a certificate of appreciation for being selected as Legionnaire of the Year for 2012 on Feb. 13 at the post home.

DeSalle resides in Princeton with his wife, Sherry, and owns his own business. He is a Vietnam veteran and is very active in many Post 125 activities including honor guard duties, assisting the woman’s auxiliary, doing odd jobs in and around the post, and helping others whenever called upon. He is also the senior vice commander of Post 125.
