PRINCETON — Gerald William Marsh, 68, of Princeton passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton.
He was born Feb. 25, 1945, in Seattle, Wash., to Vernon and Margaret (Reiner) Marsh.
He graduated from West Seattle High School in 1963 and attended Evergreen Community College in Seattle, Wash. He was a professional musician since the age of 16. He played the accordion and the drums. He was involved with and traveled with several bands and also worked in manufacturing. Most notably he had the band European KonneKection in Seattle for many years. He and his wife moved to Princeton in 1996. He retired from Eakas Corp. last July. He was the accordion player for the Christmas Walk in Princeton. He married Shirley on Dec. 13, 1975, in Seattle, Wash.
