Dale Henderliter

MALDEN — Dale Joseph Henderliter, 56, of Malden passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013, in Davenport, Iowa.

Dale was born Sept. 27, 1956, in Springfield to Robert and Catherine (Tomow) Henderliter. He was raised in Keshena, Wis. He married Dawn Karns on April 3, 1978 in Keshena, Wis. He worked at Monterey Mushroom, Becks and Ace Distribution. Dale loved the outdoors and harness racing.

Dale is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Dawn Henderliter of Malden; three children, LaMoyne (John) Morris of Davenport, Iowa, Lori Henderliter of Zearing and Leeanna (James Kirk) Henderliter of Davenport, Iowa; six grandchildren, Austin and Abby Henderliter, Alicyn and Aleaha Bice, Pierce Terry and Mason Monroe; two sisters, Trudell (Brad) Barber of Springfield and Tammy (David) Kitson Jr. of Keshena, Wis.; one brother, Henry (Amy Matchapatow) Lyons of Keshena, Wis.; and a special cousin, Lynnell (Eric) Perez of also of Keshena, Wis.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Hank Lyons; his brother, Ken Tomow; and a special cousin, Bobby King.

A celebration of life for Dale will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Norberg Memorial Home, Princeton. The family will receive friends at this time.
