PRINCETON — Princeton’s Prairie Art Center will present a two-week summer art camp for students age 6 to 9 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. June 24 to July 5 at the Prairie Arts Center, 24 Park Ave. East, Princeton.
Campers will work in clay, make jewelry, do graphic design and printmaking, learn origami and paper-cutting, and work with paint, markers, and colored pencils. Each session will include a snack. Camp will led by Kathy Ballard and Jill Marti.
Enrollment will cost $15 for the first child in a family, and $10 for additional child.
Open registration for the 8:30 to 9:30 am. session will began May 1. To register, call Kathy Ballard at 815-879-5531 and leave a message. Attendance is limited to 12 students; registration is first come, first served.
Camp requires a two-week commitment. A session will be held on the Fourth of July; students can be excused on that day if needed.
