Friday night baseball

Princeton 3, Hall 2: Austin Schindel drove in the go-ahead run iwith a single to left field in the bottom of the sixth for the Tigers. Tiger closer Nick Rolando came on relief in the seventh, setting the side down in order for the save.

Isaiah Taylor was the winning pitcher, hurliing six innings. He helped his own cause with a two-run double in the third inning.

Hall plated two runs in the second to take a 2-0 lead, including a RBI single by Brett Fanning.
St. Bede 13, Henry 0:
Damin Smith threw a no-hitter for the Bruins allowing only three walks in the five-inning affair. He moves his record to 4-0  on the year.

Offensive support for the bruins was led by Jake Postula with two hits and a double, 3 RBIs and Sam Lucas with two singles and a triple with 4 RBI's. Also for the Bruins, Brad Groleau and Austen Schwab (2 RBIs) each had two hits and Logan Bima added a triple and two RBIs.

 The St. Bruins improved their record to 10-1 and will be back in to action Saturday with a DH vs Marquette at 11 a.m. at the Academy.
