Spring Valley Police

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Following a traffic stop, Nicholas Luna, 20, of Spring Valley was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Saint Paul Street at 10:19 a.m. June 11.

Disorderly conduct

Peter P. Wozniak, 42, of Spring Valley was charged with disorderly conduct at 111 E. Iowa St. at 3:12 p.m. June 8.

DUI accident

Following an accident, Cody D. Stoner, 23, of Lacon was harged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use on Route 6 near the Spring Valley curves at 1:55 p.m. June 8.


Bradley T. Marusich, 24, of Spring Valley was charged with failure to give information information after striking an unattended vehicle or other property and improper lane usage on East Dakota Street in the north alley at 3:04 p.m. June 8.

Following an accident, Brittany K. Engel, 25, of Arlington was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane usage on Richard Mautino Drive near West Dakota Street at 4:45 a.m. June 9.

Vehicles driven by Paula J. Maddio, 88, of Spring Valley and Trudy L. Palm, 45, of Spring Valley were involved in an accident in the 400 block of West Cleveland Street near the south alley at 4:30 p.m. June 8.
