Libby Doyles and Kianna Brokaw are what you call fast learners.

The Princeton girls have been tumbling for just a year and half. Despite that newness, both recently competed in the USTA Tumbling and Trampoline Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Both Libby Doyles, 9, and Kiana Brokaw, 8, qualified for nationals competing for Illinois Valley Tumbling and Trampoline at the State Meet in Bourbonnais.

Libby placed in the top 10 in three events at State. She placed 25th overall in double mini, 21st overall in tumbling and 16th overall in trampoline at the national meet. This was just her fourth tumbling tournament ever. She is the daughter of Dennis and Gina Boyles of Princeton.

Kiana, the daughter of Mistie and Kevin Brokaw of Princeton, placed 12th in trampoline and 20th on double mini at nationals.
