Budde enters guilty plea

PRINCETON — Adam S. Budde, 29, of Princeton entered his open plea of guilty on June 27 to a felony charge of theft before Associate Circuit Judge C.J. Hollerich. The judge ordered the probation department to conduct a pre-sentence investigation and set a sentencing hearing for 9 a.m. Aug. 21. On Nov. 26, 2012, the Princeton Truck Stop business reported its office had been entered and the night’s receipts taken from the safe. Upon investigation by the Princeton Police Department, Budde was charged with theft on Jan. 29, and a warrant for his arrest was issued. Budde was arrested Jan. 30.
