First Person (Angela O’Bryant)

City: Princeton.

Where did you grow up: Buda.

Family: Married for 20 years in September to Michael O’Bryant.

Pets: one cat, Gunther, and one Golden Retriever, Lexie.

Occupation: I’m an RN and have a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia. I am the OB Nurse Manager at IVCH in Peru.

What is the last song you listened to: Matchbox Twenty’s “If You’re Gone.”

What is the last book you read: “Pride & Prejudice.”

What is the last television show you watched: “Breaking Bad.”

If you were stranded on a desert island and could have just one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be: Nachos.

What is your favorite local restaurant: Los Ranchitos.

If someone handed you a million dollars, how would you spend it: I’d pay off my student loans, then my mortgage. Then I’d share it with family and friends — after a trip to Paris of course!

People would be surprised to know that you: Had a chicken as my first pet!

What is your favorite thing about the city you live in: Festival 56!

If you could change one thing about your town, what would it be: I would like to have a dog park in Princeton.
