Mendota man gets county jail time
PRINCETON — A Mendota man is serving 90 days in the Bureau County Jail after pleading guilty to the Class 2 felony of aggravated driving under the influence (DUI).
Jason M. Brandner, 35, was convicted of the felony on Sept. 4, following a June 6, 2012, incident in which he was pulled over by a Princeton Police officer for improper lane usage.
Brandner failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. The charge was enhanced to the Class 2 felony based on Brandner’s prior convictions.
