PRINCETON — The Bureau and Putnam County Health Department's Environmental Health Division is offering a 15-hour food service sanitation managers certificate class Oct. 22, 23 and 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day at the Bureau County Health Department, 526 Bureau Valley Parkway, Princeton.
The $100 fee incldues book and fees and are non-refundable. Payment is necessary at the time of registration to guarantee a seat in the class.
Register at the health department from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for class. Registration forms can be downloaded from the website at www.bpchd.org.
People must bring a photo I.D. with them on the third day of the class for exam. Attendance all three days for the entire day is required to take the exam. Lunch is on your own.
A minimum of 15 hours is required by the Illinois Department of Public Health for certification.
