Princeton High School students Courtney Barton (front, left) and Eliza Young (front, right) place "Your Actions Matter" stickers on bottles of alcohol Wednesday afternoon at the Princeton Walmart store as part of the "Your Actions Matter" awareness campaign to prevent underage drinking. Co-sponsoring the event with Princeton High School were the Community Partners Against Substance Abuse (CPASA) and the Princeton Police Department. Working with a group of about 10 PHS students as they went to six Princeton businesses were CPASA representatives Dawn Conerton and Deb Dalton and Princeton Police officers Rob Jensen and Alex Aruza. The "Your Actions Matter" campaign is coordinated statewide through the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. The "Your Action Matters" campaign states preventing underage drinking is everyone's responsibility.
