LaMoille/Ohio 2, Indian Creek 0: The Lady Lions warmed up for the Little Ten Conference Tournament with a 25-20, 25-23 win over the Timberwolves at home Thursday. Shiela Browning had 11 kills, Toni Lawrence had five kills and two blocks, Ragen Forbes had six points, two aces and 16 digs and Vanessa Martinez had five points and seven digs.

The Lady Lions (13-4, 6-0) will take the No. 2 seed into the LTC Tournament behind Newark at Leland, which starts Monday.

Orion 2, Princeton 1: The Chargers handed the Tigresses (19-6, 6-1) their first setback in Three Rivers Athletic Conference South Division play at Prouty Gym Thursday. PHS won the first set 25-23 win, but Orion responded with 25-18 and 25-21 decisions.

Hailey Schultz led the Tigresses with 10 kills and Alicia Poss added eight. Hailey Michael was leading scorer with nine points and two aces. Mollie Bates had 13 digs with five points and Michelle Kelly had 35 assists and seven digs.

Kewanee 2, Hall 0: Host Lady Boilermakers claimed Thursday’s TRAC South match with 25-8, 25-15 wins. Clarrisa Gerrard led Hall with five kills.
