ORION — Orion’s high-powered offense was too much for the Princeton Tigers Friday night.

Orion quarterback Blake Matson threw for four touchdown, all in the first half and ran in one to lead the Chargers to the easy win over the Tigers. Jacob Edmonds ran for 261 yards on 14 carries. Hutcherson caught six passes for 104 yards, two for touchdowns.

Princeton’s J.J. Vaccaro hauled in a 21-yard pass from Jake Reinhardt at 4:15 to go in the first quarter and returned a kickoff 65 yards with four seconds left in the second quarter to account for the Tigers’ scoring, all in the first half.

Senior captain Caleb Dickens was taken off the field on a backboard at 3:17 of the second quarter after taking a hard block. His condition was unknown as of press time.
