PRINCETON — American Legion Woman’s Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton will conduct its Veterans Day workshop at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Legion home. Donations of snack items, candies, cookies, pudding cups, fruit cups, special diet snacks and popcorn are always welcome. Donations can be taken to any meeting or to the workshop.
Retired teachers meeting
TOULON — The Henry/Stark Counties Retired Teachers will meet at noon Nov. 13 at the First Congregational Church of Toulon. The meeting will begin with a luncheon.

ACA informational meeting
PRINCETON — Country Financial and Bureau County Farm Bureau will hold a facts and answers session at 10 a.m. Nov. 12 at the Farm Bureau office in Princeton. They will help attendees understand the marketplace, identify important dates and follow steps to getting covered with the appropriate insurances. Small business employer responsibilities will also be covered.

PRINCETON — The Princeton Moose Family Center will host a veterans dinner from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Moose Lodge, 1339 N. Euclid Ave. The ham dinner will also include potatoes, vegetable and salad. The meal will be free for veterans and $6 for each guest. Reservations are suggested by Nov. 12 and can be made by calling Kent Harmon at 815-915-6152. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by the Generics.
PRINCETON — The Princeton Veterans Group will host its semi-annual pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon Nov. 17 at the Legion post, 1549 W. Peru St. in Princeton. The men will serve pancakes, sausages, eggs, applesauce, juice, milk, cold cereal and coffee. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for ages 4-12. This is a major fundraiser for the group.
