PRINCETON — The Princeton Lions Club invites Bureau County businesses, clubs and organizations to enter a float or unit in the Princeton Christmas parade.

The parade will begin at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 7 from Maria’s Pizza (former Nelson Drug Store) and continue down Main Street to Soldiers and Sailors Park. Santa Claus will be in the parade. This theme for this year’s parade is “Hometown Joy.”

Santa’s Helpers will be collecting food items for the food pantry along the parade route. Any paper products, personal items, dried or canned goods would be appreciated.

Parade entry forms are available at the Princeton Chamber office in the Prouty Building or call Lion Don Smith at 815-875-3475 or Lion Jim Argo at 815-872-6181.
