Grief support group

PRINCETON — The Bureau Valley Volunteer Hospice will host its monthly grief and loss support group at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. Any who has lost a loved one is invited to attend.


PRINCETON — The Princeton Coffeehouse will welcome singer/songwriter Lucy Wainright Roche at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22. The coffeehouse is located at the Open Prairie UCC, 25 E. Marion St. in Princeton. Wild game supper

MANLIUS — The Manlius Sportsmen’s Club will have a wild game supper from 4 to 8 p.m. Feb. 22. This event is also the group’s membership drive. A paid $20 membership will include a guest for the dinner. There will also be a raffle for a Stoeger 2000 12-gauge semi-auto shotgun. New members are welcome.


PRINCETON — The Princeton Moose Lodge will host a bingo night at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and sandwiches will be available for purchase. Watercolor class

PRINCETON — The Prairie Arts Center will offer a four-week watercolor class for beginners from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Monday nights, beginning March 10, at the Prairie Arts Center in Princeton. This class is intended for the beginner with no experience in watercolor painting. Taught by Mary Michael of Princeton, students will learn the basics of watercolor painting including brush styles and techniques, dry versus wet technique and how to obtain varying shades of color. Students will practice techniques in class and at home. This class is for high school age through adult. The cost is $45 for members and $50 for non-members. Legion meeting

LADD — Harold E. Russell American Legion Post 938 of Ladd will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Legion Post.
